Training Workshops

Training is all about learning and developing skills and expertise that make a difference to performance. It should involve and engage people, giving them confidence and competence.

Inspire Away training workshops do just that – we use table-top exercises, action learning principles, problem-solving techniques and case studies, as well as facilitated discussion, to keep everyone interested and to enhance learning.

Each training workshop is designed to your exact specifications. I will come and give you a free consultation – listen to your requirements and suggest the most effective way forward – and keep in contact with you while the workshop is being developed.
I have been designing and delivering training for more than twenty years and I know that you want to see real development in both knowledge and practice for your staff.
